It's 3D Engine quite good. But referi is Awfull. Game play is ok. Players movement in the pitch is good. In FIFA MANAGER 11 every High cross in penalty area is converted to GOAL, But in this game its quite right. In this game players development is suparve, in FM 11 if u dont play any player there growth is going to nagetive. But FM 12 if u dont play any player they are slowly develop. In FM 11 if u r a MANU manager u donot sign any Brayan Munich FC player, but in FM 12 its not happen. You also sign ur Rivals players, but in FM 11 its not possible. In FM 11 its quite easy to sign any youth player from any team, but in FM 12 its quite hard.In FM 11 your player( good ) not going to any club in higher price, but FM 12 its possible.
I think the bad part of this game is PLAYER's FACES. No changes are made. Player faces are same to FM 11. And commentry is Rubbish. In every match Cometator are shouting "LAMPARD", "IBRAHIMOVICH SCORE", "GERRAD". And when ur player dribble the ball, they just stop.
