First of all by the 3D mode which you can see the match and change the tactics at anytime in the game like a real manager which is watching his team on the side of the pitch. Secondly you can do it by the list mode when you get every action written and also this one let you decide what a player need to do when having a good occasion like shooting while going though the goals and when to kick the penalty and how to kick it and last the instant results when you see the 1st half result and you can change tactics and then final wristle result.
You have different settings and tactics that you can put for your team and you can create new ones that you think is better for you.
