if you loved FIFA 11,12, and 13...well you're not gonna love this one....
Gameplay 5/10
If you are use to playing 13...well all the mechanics have completely changed. slower pace makes for irritating touches and passes... I realize EA wants to focus on possession football..but they have to realize when it comes to being TOO realistic..its not fun... they made a whole new touching system and realism ball...which in my opinion is garbage.. if you love fast pace FIFA, epic counters, fast passes, and fast skills off balls....you will be disappointed. They have made attacks and AI "smarter" which i have yet to see since i have recorded 9 offsides in one game.
Also, player mechanics make for over exaggerated touches, floppy body movements and loss of ball...
Defending is a nightmare as well as attacking...
All players seem to have same pace, skills, etc.
Graphics 8/10 meh nothing to comment here..same old look of game still seems fine to me
Interface 8/10
this is a huge improvement which allows for easy management and easier access to all options. This is a nice upgrade which allows you to comfortable see what you want to at all times.
Overall 6/10
its def NOT the same game new year... This is a far different game in my opinion.... my best advice is to rent or borrow first before purchase...
