A decent game, that can lead to some great fun!

User Rating: 8.4 | Fester's Quest NES
Festers Quest is an interesting game. Your weapon, can range from pretty awsome to absolutely horrible. Make sure to power it up to your particularly favorite level before actually starting the game. Then you are set to enjoy a fine game.

Graphics: Pretty decent, they fit the dark mood the game wants to portray. The 3-D stages used to creep me out when I was young. The bosses look pretty good, although they are normally only one color.

Sound: I feel the game really excels here. I like the music. It fits wherever you are. Personally I love the sewer music. It really fits the dark mood. The Boss mazes, and bosses themselves also have great music. The sound effects are pretty awsome too, although Fester's gun can get anoying.

Gameplay: The control pad moves fester, while the A and B buttons either shoot the gun or use an item in your invetory. These items can either help you, or be used as weapons. You recieve these items by either killing enemies or seeing family members. also, you can add two sections of life during the game, but you have to find them.

Fun: Challenging, yet addicitve. I love this game, and I hope you do too. Buy it from e-bay or amazon, its worth it.
