     
Like Necro, Twelve is the product of one of Gill's genetic experiments. Unlike Necro, Twelve barely seems human at all. Almost devoid of normal features, Twelve is meant to be a merciless killer. He is capable of morphing his body into various states and uses this ability to turn his limbs into deadly weapons.
