Bored with his day-to-day business and family life, Skullomania dressed himself in a full-body skeleton costume and decided that he would bring good to the world and eliminate evil wherever it found him. Skullomania is the most mobile, most amusing, and quite possibly the most powerful fighter in Street Fighter EX. His unblockable Skullo Tkatchov is the bane of those who rely on projectiles, while the Skullo Crasher and Skullo Slide make for a powerful and direct offense. The Skullo Head rounds off the package, with its dragon punch-like power and priority, while his Skullo Dream is among the most impressive moves in the entire game.
