Pullum lived the good life as the daughter of an Indian multimillionaire, until one day she happened upon a secret which revealed that her family's riches were granted through the organization known only as Shadoloo. She vows to venture out into the world and discover the nature of Shadoloo, using her dance-like fighting moves to work through the Street Fighter EX tournament and find its sponsor.

Pullum's moves are fast and tricky, and she must rely on aggressive high and low attacks in order to succeed. Her special moves link together nicely, and she can even set up powerful air juggle combos. Pullum's moves are conspicuously similar to those of Street Fighter III's Elena, and have effects like those of Guile, sans projectiles.
