This ancient creature believes himself to be the best fighter in the world, to the point where he binds up one arm in an effort to keep his might in check, lest he accidentally kill his opponent. Oro is a recluse, a hermit. His outside contact is minimal - he prefers the company of wild animals and the seclusion of his cave. He is, without a doubt, the oldest World Warrior, and he knows that even his time grows short with each passing year.

By chance or rumor, Oro learns of the great tournament where the mightiest of the world's fighters gather to compete for the ultimate title: Street Fighter Champion. Feeling the winds of age upon him, Oro makes the decision to join this contest and find himself a worthy heir to his power. He does not want his secret art to die with him and be lost forever.
