Goutsetsu
The ancient teacher of Gouki and Gouken is shrouded in mystery. Nothing is known of him, save that he was a great fighter who had knowledge of all the techniques of Shotokan karate, including the killing techniques. His death at the hands of Gouki ended his saga before anyone got to know him.

Goutsetsu has not yet made an official appearance in a Street Fighter game.
