This new boss of the third Street Fighter Tournament is rather mysterious, though it is known he commands much influence and power in the world. He claims to be a god of sorts, and while his display of pyrotechnics is impressive, few will stand as witnesses to his boast. By defeating the world's best warriors in hand-to-hand combat, Gill wants to show the world his "godly" power and abilities.

Gill is the deadliest and arguably the least fair final boss to ever enter the Street Fighter tournament. His superart, Resurrection, easily takes a losing match and turns the tables. A victorious World Warrior is one who doesn't let Gill charge his Resurrection ability or let him use it to its full extent.
