This ninja master sought to improve his skills by taking on the best fighters in the world in the Street Fighter tournament. His disappearing trick is usually enough to keep his enemies off balance, while his onslaught of shuriken (throwing stars) keeps them at bay and on the defensive at all times. His appearance in the contest was respected by his elders, though he didn't win, and he advanced in the secret society of ninjas, never to be heard from again. Until now.

Ten years later in the Street Fighter III tournament, a new ninja fighter has broken onto the scene: Ibuki. Rumored to be Geki's only daughter, though not confirmed, it's no wonder you can catch a glimpse of Geki hovering in the background of Ibuki's stage ever so often. Ibuki knows of the new contest approaching, and enters to confirm her status as a ninja warrior, though still just a schoolgirl herself.
