Dudley is a refined gentleman from a wealthy family in England. From the time he was a little boy, he's wanted to be a fighter, but his family told him he was too small to compete. So, while graduating cum laude and becoming a successful businessman, Dudley trained every day in various boxing techniques, hoping to face the mighty Gill one day. After all, it was Gill who stole his family's car.

Now learning of Gill's involvement in the Street Fighter tournaments, he's decided to join as well. If the American sod can fare well in these matches, he figures he can match his mettle in a real street fight... as long as his faithful butler is nearby to fetch some tea between rounds.
