Of German descent, the assassin Doctrine Dark was accepted into the US Special Forces because of his outstanding credentials. He led a battalion under Guile, but during a covert operation his entire unit was slaughtered in a wicked surprise attack led by Rolento. Only D. Dark survived, but shortly thereafter, he was found missing from the hospital where he was being treated. He blames Guile for the loss of his troop, and seeks vengeance. Doctrine Dark carries explosives and other deadly weapons. He can reel his opponent in with his Dark Hold, which propels a wire toward the opponent's neck, and can follow it up with just about any move including his knife uppercut.
