Go to the third floor of the castle and through the door with a star on it. There are three pictures of two Goombas. The pictures on the left and right are both entrances.
If you go into the smaller picture on the left, you'll be a giant in the level.
If you go into the big picture on the right, you'll be miniaturized in the same level.
