Top Five Skyrim Mods of the Week - Death Petal Poison Forest
- Tweet
This week Seb and Cam battle their enemies by conjuring a Death Forest. Don't worry, that's only a name--it's really more of a woodland.

The first part of the video was well worth it just for the laughs.
"We've created a monster!"
LOL.
I bought Skyrim at launch, but never could get into it; it just felt so ridiculously boring. This vid has inspired me to try it out again :)
@Slagar you have skyrim and you don't play it?that's a crime!!vanilla skyrim gets boring quickly, but with so many mods it has become the best game ever in my opinion. The thing you can do..it is just amazing
I actually didn't know there was the double cursor fix, I thought it was just a problem I had on my PC.
Thanks for the fix :D
Cracking show, as usual Cam & Seb.
Loved that Tree spell, it looks so good... really well crafted!
I suppose you'd have to wait until Autumn/Winter for the leaves to fall off, just to see where on "Tamriel" you are going? lol
I still love this show, it has inspired me into PC gaming and I can't wait to get going with it. Unsurprisingly, I will be buying.... The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim... as my first PC game, then after a year of being locked away from the world, playing it, I'll maybe see what else there is available, such as...
....The Elder Scrolls X?
It will be out by the time I get done with Skyrim!? lol
You'll have to excuse my ignorance as I am still quite new to the whole modding thing. Do you have a link to which I can find it by any chance?
i think this link should help:
http://www.enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0119.htm
you can get the .zip from there, click the boxed downwards arrow button.
from the two versions i'd use the wrapper if i had skyrim installed right now.
Love modding!
By the way, if you're playing Dead Island Riptide on the pc, the George Romero Survival Horror Mod has a ton of features that lets you customize your overall game experience! Just now, an optional feature has been added so you can turn Riptide into a real first person shooter with enemies shooting back at you!

Do you get a Shopping Mall with that mod too? lol
That would be sweeeet!
Oh wait... Yes, I could play Dead Rising or DR2 again, I know... It would just be really cool to add it to Dead Island's world too?
I still haven't played Skyrim (I know right?!) , and every time I see a new mod I think, "maybe I should get that game". I am a huge fan of the modding communities across all PC games and reason why I think some games are the better than their console counterparts (while in other instances some console versions are better than their crappy PC ports).
Back to the point though, I am impressed by the countless modifications and extras that have come to pass.
@eesounds It's a great game and plenty of great mods some of which I couldn't imagine playing without. They said no more dlc for Skyrim so I'd imagine GOTY edition can't be too far off.
@eesounds @shozaya @Bawniey
I believe it will be called, The Legendary Edition? (I think I saw that on Gamespot here, just a wee while ago?)
There aren't many games that gives you, so so much gameplay hours for your hard earned spondoolicks, than that of Skyrim...
Whatever platform you buy it for, just buy it? You won't regret it!
I thought the first one's cave was for a quest to heal that tree in Whiterun, not anything to do with the thieves guild...?
There is unrest in the forest
There is trouble with the trees
For the maples want more sunlight
And the oaks ignore their pleas
@granola_goodnes saw them in Porto Alegre, in their first brazilian tour. In the Rush in Rio DVD, Geddy even shows a Grêmio shirt and says "got this Porto Alegre team jersey as a gift". Of course, Grêmio is ONE of the teams in Porto Alegre, Rush fans that root for other teams in Porto Alegre hated it haha.
Already bought my tickets for the Clockwork Angels Tour
Theyre playing a double show in my hometown just as I am going back to visit the fam
@thomasmccormack @jj2112 @granola_goodnes Lucky you. I had my ticket for Amsterdam next Sunday but I won't be able to go... It might be the last time they come to Europe
Both of those tree spells might be some of the most creative custom spells I've seen made for Skyrim, but like... aside from being kind of neat looking, they just seem like something I would never actually use when playing seriously.
I thought by "Undead Races" there was going to be like a chariot race with undead drivers or something. It sadly wasn't that cool.
Actually there is a way to fix the double cursor problem. It doesn't ALWAYS work but it works enough that if it doesn't work the first few times it can be done until it's fixed. When alt tabbed out, click the BOTTOM of the screen where the window is, on the task bar, if done correctly it will remove the cursor. I use this successfully.
@xeoneex66 You can also just hit ctrl+alt+del then immediately hit esc to get back into the game. Double cursor is gone.
