Not long ago, we did a feature about our favorite gaming soundtracks. And despite advice from management, we asked you what you thought. So here are your choices, dear readers, for the best gaming soundtracks of all time.
More than 2,500 of you responded in less than ten days, with tidbits of constructive criticism, like "You really dropped the ball on this one," and comments that left us, uh, wondering about the sanity of our readers, such as "tish games rockes!! You geyws don't know crop![sic]."
The phrase "How could you!" sprang up alarmingly often, but you did think we got it right a few times - three of the soundtracks we chose were among your top ten as well: MechWarrior 2, Star Control 2, and Diablo. Thanks for your input, and remember, this may count towards your 15 minutes of fame, even if we don't have your names.
