Many of the differences in Quake II , as compared to DeathMatch in the original game, can be found in the play balance and the weapons. These differences include time to reload or change weapons; and the each inflicts . And it goes without saying that the new weapons add another dimension to the game. The inclusion of a crouch feature doesn't make as much of a difference as you might think, but new environmental features such as ladders are great for launching ambushes.
