Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Demo Is Riddled with Bugs on the PS3 - Update
Konami shipped the Zone of the Enders HD Collection with the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo advertised on the front, but it seems that the PS3 version is plagued by game-breaking bugs.
[Update] After testing the Xbox 360 version of the demo numerous times, we were unable to reproduce the same issues found during our time with the PlayStation 3 demo.
It appears that the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo included with the PlayStation 3 version of the Zone of the Enders HD Collection isn't exactly ready for public consumption. During encounters with the Gecko enemy type, the demo will often crash, requiring a hard-reset of the PlayStation 3. While there's hasn't been confirmation of the same problem occurring on the Xbox 360, it happens often enough in the PlayStation 3 version that customers interested in picking up the Zone of the Enders HD Collection for the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo should think twice.
The glitch is repeated in the video posted below, which also contains footage of an extreme clipping glitch at the end.
