What Is E3?
Every year, the largest game developers and publishers gather in Los Angeles for the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, where they preview their upcoming games, make important new announcements, and more! It's where Nintendo is expected to give us a glimpse of its new 3D-equipped handheld system, Microsoft will be showcasing its controllerless experience, and Sony will be demonstrating its motion-sensing hardware. Simply put, E3 is like the Super Bowl of video games.
Now, we've got some bad news, and some great news. The bad news is that E3 is not open to the general public, so don't go packing your bags and looking for airfare. The great news is that GameSpot is here to make sure that you find out about every piece of news, see every major press conference (and then some), get comprehensive previews of all the games, and more!
E3 Show Schedule
Though E3 doesn't officially begin until June 15, you'll want to tune in to our coverage starting June 13 so you don't miss a single thing. This year, we'll have five full days of live video, continuous updates on every game you'll need to know about this year, and behind-the-scenes demos you can't get anywhere else.
As usual, the biggest part of the show will be the press conferences and our live stage show. For the first time ever, we'll be bringing you live video straight from the show floor for as long as it's open with our interactive LiveCam Tour, and you'll be able to tell us what you want to see and where you want us to go via e-mail. We'll also be bringing you live video coverage of some of the nightly events held during E3 as part of our Tonight On the Spot video series. All total, that's more than 40 hours of live video!
Here's a complete schedule of our live broadcasts. If you ever miss one, don't worry--you can always watch the archived version, though you might miss out on some achievements!

never got special agent....but got the others :/....o well
why do people care about achievements, they mean nothing! if you spent 2 hours watching a gaming conference you achieved nothing with your time (unless you had fun watching it). Does a virtual sticker on your profile really matter, or even make you happy?
Love the fact the people in the comments are complaning they didn't get the achivement - you actually needed to have watched the press conferences live!!!...maybe we need an achievement for people who actually read the page!!

Lame, I watched everything live, and I have yet to receive several of these achievements. :(
yo, sometimes my achievements gone missing (a standard gamespot glitch or bug, wait and they will come out. Well for me I just connected to the live stream and just leave cause it's a waste of time. Better to go outside then sit on your computer all day! It's funny I got the achievements automatically when I connected to the live stream (like all of them, some did not get it.
Hi, I've watched all TheTonight On The Spotlive, both E3 Stage Show Live and The LiveCam Tour each and every day I´ve a lot of comments live during every transmition, chat, and asked several questions and I haven't recieved the: E3 2010 Night Owl E3 2010 Roadie E3 2010 Vacationer E3 2010 Special Agent Hope someone do something to help me and check the records of my participation. My Early Bird,Groupie and Tourist disappear but i have the Special Agent what the...
I watched all the shows but some of the emblems never showed up, which is fine, E3 still rocked this year.
Um... I just LOST 3 of the achievements that I had 2 days ago. I still have Special Agent, but now 3 of the red ones are gone... HOW is it possible to have Special Agent without Night Owl, Early Bird, or Groupie?!? GameSpot, get it together...

I only watched the big 3 yesterday :( because I'm going to school AGAIN :x
Am missing most of my achivenments but am not shocked....gamespot is always slow in this kind of stuff. also not the best E3 ever...but not the worst...very....meh.
Well if this here be the palce to complain about missing Achievements, then I need to say that I am missing my NIGHT OWL and SPECIAL AGENT.. and you can check any of the video comments.. I comment through-out all of them but one TOTS..and since I only had to watch thee of the five (which I did watch all five) I should be getting those two achievements. Thank you!

I didn't get E3 2010 Nintendo Press Conference Attendee, I only watch the last 20 min so I think this is the reason ... maybe just maybe.... anyone knows how it works ??

I watched the 3 big conferences (Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony) and never got their achievements.

dude. this sucks. i should have read this before i started watching everything. i still got achievements but didnt even know about all the roadie night owl and special agent. i probly would have passed out watching it because i was kinda drunk lol but theres always next year. thanks for a good E3 gamespot
I didn't get my sony E3 2010 emblem.
same with me! Im missing the Sony E3 emblem. Also i've done the GS READER's CHOICE awards for the last 3 years and the last time i got an emblem was in 2007. So i am 2 emblems short. So yea the emblem syestem is kind of BROKEN.
