Xbox specific ghost list
Xbox version has 11 more ghosts (a total of 119) compared to PS2's 108, so there is extra in Xbox version!
Below are where they can be found. All of them are hidden ghosts, except the last one (fatal mode only), which is an attacking ghost.
Floating Twins - 1st night - Abyss
Fearful Old Man - 1st night - Burial room
Ghost in Smoke - 1st night - Fireplace
Smirking Man - 2nd night - Walkway (Koto)
Woman in Mirror - 2nd night - Rope Hallway
Wandering Child - 2nd night - Fish Tank
Staring Ghost - 3rd night - Abyss
Beckoning Hands - 3rd night - Demon Mouth
Man Buried Alive - 3rd night - Forest Path

Glitches
Unlimited item glitch
After beating the game save it then load and start. When you start run to the save point and save it then load and start a new game. You will gain more herb by doing that. You can repeat it as many times plus you can get other items like type 32 but it will take more time to do that.
