Moltov bug. huge problem. anyone else got this?

A unlit moltov is stuck in the guys right wrist. During cutscenes also. Not sure if I did anything weird but even restarting the game don't fix this. It's making the bow in useable since the cocktail covers half the screen and is just annoying.. anyone else have this problem

Update to 1.04? Brilliant answer if only this is the ps3 section and 1.04 isn't out yet. Still on 1.02

Had this problem previously. I did not start over, but I tried deleting all the game install data and reinstalling, and redownloading the patch. Corrected the problem and I was able to use the old save file, however have not used a single molotov since then.
