How do I use the map editor auto-snap tool? (i.e bridges and fences)

Sorry if its in front of my face, but Ive looked and looked and I cant seem to find out how to use it. Thanks for reading!

There isn't an auto-snap tool in this game. That option got left behind in FC2.
