How do I beat (Rare Black Panther)?

Create animal repels and just continue to use them until it is dead.

Stay above him. Use higher ground. I had to go by the cannon, shoot him, there is a leopard I had to kill. He'll run away. Follow him and take your next shot on the low levels of the radio tower. Move up the tower. Shoot him again. He'll run to the camp probably. Then I got him with a head shot from above. Stay crouched the whole time. Hope this helps.

Use animal repellent and he will not attack you. If you don't have that yet you need to just shoot and run.
