Far Cry 2 Gameplay Movie 8

This video sucks .... all there's to see is some dude looking up the map ....

The first golden AK I found in FC2 was from exploration, completely accidential. It was the first one displayed in the video, in the shack with the diamond briefcase. It was my third time playing FC2, second day after I had purchased the game. My immediate thoughts were "AWESOME!!! I wonder what other guns could be made of gold!? Or for that matter, could they also be altered, like the golden AK having no stock?" Well, i was just a little dissapointed to find out soon after that the AK was the only firearm made of gold in the game. Not to say that I am dissapointed with the game itself, FC2 is one of my favorite games I've ever played. I have been playing FC2 almost everyday since the day I purchased it, just over a year ago. In my opinion, Far Cry 2 gets an 11/10. =]

this game is sick but a little hard to play..Like it takes long to finish it coz the map is realy BIG but the graphic and gameplay is the best, and map editor......Highly recomend this game

sorry for double post but according to game spot gold aks are more Durable than the normal ones and i think that they appear in armoury after you find one or all of them (PS. on the first part of vid and first Ak did anyone else want to know what was in the briefcase? lol may just be diamonds).

i think the gold aks cant rust what so ever which is pretty good in later missions when the enemy have PKMs RPGS etc. So I gonna give this a go maybe they will not rust I dunno but they look kool and i aint getting resistance 2 till Christmas so hey I gonna knock myself out (Btw this game kicks ass it is sometimes boring but relentless slaughter in later missions are well worth the wait!)

Is there anything special about this guns other than the fact that their gold? I wont bother looking for the other gold guns, if i find one i'll just keep that and keep playing..

they jam eventually after a very very very long time of use. the gold guns are all ak-47's scattered around the two maps. also and the end pre dark heart area their is an gold ak-47 before you enter the dark heart area

the golden weapons dont jam i think...

Now why aren't the guns different?

its a shame they are just the same and endure the same as regular weapons, if they are rare and gold they should be more valuable
