Everything is blue, nothing is happening, I keep falling? wtf?

I have the PS3 version of FC2, and a new copy, so it should be OK. I just killed the APR leader, after killing the UFLL leader, and I completed the mission, got out of the truck, and met the guy who saved me and gave me a truck to survive. Everything is all blue, it looks like clouds, and i keep falling and getting up. What is going on?
