Fallout is the pinnacle of all games in the golden years of 95-99.
1. One of the best worlds ever created in a video game.
2.violent,effective,serious and realistic atmosphere.
3.Very good story.
4.Dialogues are terrific, cruel , realistic and completely deliver a dark and sick humor which sticks in your head
5.Addictive. one of those games that you can play more than 6 hours and still play it eagerly.
6.Great voice acting. there are few voiced characters, but all of them are voiced perfectly.
7.Effective and awesome music tracks.
8.Combat system is unequaled. Very good and accessible turn-based mechanism and and random things that happen during the combat like critical hit, critical failure, etc always make the combats challenging and fresh.
9.Very deep RPG elements. there are always choices to be made in each way.
10.Perks are very good and always make the Level-ups exciting.
11.Power armor. best armor in the whole gaming industry.
12.Thanks to the SPECIAL system and traits, you can create your own character. Every player's character is different from the others.
13.Very good and funny and effective Pip-boy{or vault boy] caricatures.
14.Unbelievable Character animations. in 1997, these kinds of animation was revolutionary indeed.

1. Ultimate freedom that this game gives to you has it's own penalties. sometimes,you really don't know what to do next.
2.You must kill Dogmeat if you want to finish the game properly.
3.There is no auto save or quick save.It means if you forget to save sometimes and do something wrong, you must do things you have done before.that happened to me a lot during the game.
4.Most of the perks and traits and some skills are completely useless and few of them worth picking.
5.Bad buildings design.
last word: Fallout is the ultimate masterpiece of 20th century and still there is no RPG that can match the depth of this nearly perfect game.
I wish there were more games like this.
