I guess I was never a Fallout fan boy, and still not. Just something about this game that is interesting for a short while then I just lose it. I think maybe the annoying micromanagement of equipment, health, items gets tiresome fast. The bland drab graphics everywhere you turn doesn't inspire me to explore much or make you feel lost in a world you want to be in. Most of the quests seem tedious instead of fun to be honest. Best part of the game is the character development, that I did like, but it wasn't enough to save the game for me. Gunplay is ok, but boils down to often to backing up while shooting as the enemy charges at you head on if you VATS doesn't take em down first. I'm not sure if these are the same guys who made Oblivion, although I liked Oblivion I didn't think it was all as great either. Personally I had more fun with Risen and Mass Effect 2. This game may appeal to some, but it was almost a waste of $10 for me. Glad I didn't pay full price for it.
