I can't wait for this. But for PS3...

OmegaAK47 9 pts

Thats cool and all but it takes the fun out of the game in a way.

Dark_Lunacy 5 pts

i think gamespot are being unfair, giving this 0.5 points less than 360's version. 360 fanboys...

hyperknight9 5 pts

what I do is as long as I beat the game without cheating first I might cheat on a second run through but I really dont care if anyone cheats or not.

teddytiger 5 pts

That cheat would take all the fun out of a great game. Lucky I'm not useing it.......

glitchgeeman 5 pts

I got nothing against cheaters, after all some exploits can be quite entertaining. What does confuse me is how someone would enjoy cheating in a game with: A) A level cap, which means that once you reach a certain level, there's no point to even trying anymore B) Open-ended world, which means that exploration is the best thing about it. I mean, Fallout 3 is all about the exploration of the wasteland? Doesn't the motivation to do so sort of disappear with the lack of a need to level up? But maybe that's just me, I like a challenge.

omg my uncles putting this on my computer i CANNOT WAIT THE SUSPENSE

Gamer8436393 5 pts

awesome game hopefully getting it TRACK ME, GAMER8436393

johnnyc3po 5 pts

This game has a level cap at 20 so if you play even half of it then you're maxed out - getting to level 20 any sooner doesn't really make a difference either way. If people want to get their exp up quickly then shouldn't matter to other people in an offline game?!

OmegaCookie7 5 pts

Also, comment at the end of the video was lol :)

OmegaCookie7 5 pts

Strigidae is dead on. It's all about enjoyment. Play the game the way you want. I can understand being annoyed at cheaters in online games, but that's not just affecting your own experience, so that's understandable.

alexyyz 5 pts

It is stuppid to cheat!!! This game is for you to play slowly and appreciating every aspect of it!

Strigidae 5 pts

If you enjoy the game cheating, then cheat. If you enjoy the game not cheating, don't cheat. It's that easy... it's not like anyone is going to die if you cheat or not.

eragonscott 5 pts

Lancing: Thats exactly how Oblivion was >_> and look how awesome that is. Just cause its buggy doesn't mean its not a hell of alota fun to play.

according to experience the actually word why would that be a cheat ? Apart from the dull boring monotomy that is you having the same conversation with the same words with the same person and getting xp from it. I think Fallout 3 is missing a melee with small arms skill or maybe i haven't achieved that yet. Hence me dancing around a punk trying to get a shot of when any half insane person would grope the person with their weapon and let a bullet sink in their brain

mattlom03 5 pts

maccer101, when we all say get a life to you, we actually mean get laid, and not by your hand

torovieri 5 pts

hahaha fast level up?? mmm im already at lvl 20¡¡ its a huge different btween play the entire game without cheats and cheating the game there's no fun cheating, but anyway thanx to the people of gamespot for putting this for the people that get stucked in the game XD Fallout 3 = Oblivion with weapons ¡¡awesome¡¡ great game

dg3215 36 pts

This game crashes if you do things in a certain order.. DLC content but no patch to fix this yet.. Probably trying to figure out a way to charge for it.

Captain_Tom 5 pts

Who *actually* cares? I don't understand the majority of game debates. Whether it's cheating, which is the best game/system to play on, etc. We play games because it's fun. It's fun because we play on our terms. If you're not into cheating or glitch exploitation, why are you even watching this? If you do cheat and it makes things more fun for you, then that's all the reason in the world to do it.

templargfx 5 pts

Reply to weezyindamuluva: I find it hilarious that you think what you find to be fun in games must be what everyone else finds fun in games. I myself dont cheat, but I'm not so high and mighty that I presume to tell people who enjoy cheating in games, that they arent actually having fun, despite what they think. If you dont like cheating, dont cheat. but dont go around telling people whats fun in a game, that is purely subjective

weezyindamuluva 5 pts

If you even care about having FUN playing video games then why would you do this? It would absolutely ruin the entire game, and make it harder too. Going out and exploring and getting stronger is what makes this game so fun and if you did this the game would be $#!T. And if you were at a low enough level that this would actually be significant on your XP the enemies would be too tough for your weapons therefore 1st you run short on caps, then your weapons wear out, then you run out of ammo, then you can't kill $#!T, and along that road or maybe before you even hit it you die over and over. Man, it's a pain in the ass killing scorpions and i'm lvl 10 the right way, i honestly prefer super mutants cuz i get something outta that.

imperial_agent 5 pts

oh, by the way... you'll be spamming the A button for a long time to gain levels. This cheat is very time consuming and you'll get bored by the 2nd level you've gained.

imperial_agent 5 pts

I went ahead and did this cheat. Racked up to level 12 when most players are still at level 4 at that point in the game. It didn't do me any good though, because the enemies appeared to ramp up with your character. So I was a level 12 character, in the beginning of the game, without much bullets or weapons, fighting enemies that were also level 12. It made it REALLY difficult just to kill a damn scorpion. This cheat actually just made the game harder.

garcia_jx 10 pts

this is kind of cool. It is more enjoyable without the cheats though. Atleast, that is what I think.

wildamnesia 5 pts

Just ramp up the difficulty level and take on the Super Mutants with a baseball bat....lots of experience and no need to cheat.

Machine_1969 5 pts

I don't like cheats for games. You pay anything up to 40 pounds for a game and cheat to complete it. What is the point?! Seems like a waste of money and doesn't make sense to me! Even though it's 18 rated, I guess most kids, who have no sense of value for things, wont be bothered about that.

Zerobeam 5 pts

I have Fallout 3 sitting on my shelf still in the plastic wrap. I made the mistake of buying it and two other open world games at the same time (one of which is Fable 2, I guess technically its not "open world" though). I gotta agree with Velocir3x, cheats are the easy way out, its more enjoyable and rewarding if you earn it. just like he said at the end of the movie, along with this cheat, if there were cheats for unlimited money and ammo, you wouldn't even need to play the game. Cheats stop you from playing the game as it was meant to be played and take any real challenge away. Now if you suck and this game is too hard then by all means, take the easy way out. But if you're a gamer, a true gamer, you don't even need this cheat.

Velocir3x 5 pts

Sure cheats are helpful but it detracts from the overall game if you really want to enjoy it you should take pride in earning your skill and accomplishments by yourself not using a cheap and easy way.

Twinington 5 pts

any i agree about the level cap, i can see why they did it since my stats are nearly full and im level 19, but i probably will lose a bit of interest when i hit 20. ill have to start it again i think...

Twinington 5 pts

That glich is crap. once your past like lvlt 5 you may as well wander into a gang of supermutants since youll get 25-30exp for the easy ones and its miles more fun than talking to some bellend and getting 6exp. i dont think gamespot should have put this up, but thats because i dont see the point in it. if you want to use it fine, your wasting alot of time you could use to explore though

DerekLStinson 5 pts

true gaming is all about cheating the system

Adam314- 5 pts

have fun getting your ass kicked because you don't have the weapons to match your lvl

Duke_51 23 pts

Who cares if people want to cheat. It's a single player game and is therefore none of your business if people feel like exploiting it. As for gamespot putting on the front page of the Fallout 3 section... I'm not sure if I would do that, but I'm not about to tell them how to do their job. So whatever.

eyet00th 5 pts

Not a fast level-up. If you want to waste time with this level up, you may as well just explore and play the game. Let's hope there's no glitch for infinite ammo/money.

coneman1 5 pts

I feel in the true spirit of gaming, the "Real Gamers" will just blow this cheat off and play the game in the way it should be played. The people that are just halfwit gamer wanna be's will truly need this cheat to half way enjoy this Awesome Game

ukogmickey 5 pts

and another thing its not cheating in a single player game that does my head in coz as people have stated its their game do what they like, but it dont just stay in single player games as it spreads to online so any sort of glitching cheating shouldnt be possible, hopefully and eventually this sort of thing will be fixed immediatly, Bethesda should fix this now, I will be emailing them today to try and get this fixed as soon as, makes me literally sick, Cheating is cheating, personally I dont like to pay £40-£50 a game just to cheat, if anyone does I think its sad and pathetic, go and burn that money baby !!!

ukogmickey 5 pts

Hey, gamespot what are you guys playing at, This is stooping very low guys and you know it, I bet most comments below this clip is people angry at yous for showing cheats like this, I dont think Bethesda would appreciate this either, I hate cheaters and glitchers and will forever continue to support the permanent xbox live and playstation network bans. Fair enough if they were silly little cheats but it actually ruins the game for many people, cheers Gamespot I will be filing complaints to Bethesda about this, and I hope others do too. ban all cheats and Glitchers !!!!

Andrew0824 5 pts

I'd advise anyone who's playing the game not to do this. The game is pretty well balanced and this would kind of ruin the fun of leveling up on your own, I think. I mean, it's your game so you can do what you like, but Fallout 3 isn't really hard enough to need this kind of thing.
