Possibly the greatest RPG ever made but hampered by minor bugs.

User Rating: 9.5 | Fallout 3 PC
with the minor bugs aside, the game is a near masterpiece. No games i have played before offers so much depth in terms of story and gameplay. The game feels alot like oblivion since its using the same graphics engine, i didnt like it at first because i never like the physics of the engine such as when you jump, it looks like your character is on the moon with almost no gravity. but the more i played, the more i began to enjoy the positive elements the game has to offer and in no time i was hooked into the game by its massive environment, beautiful graphics, gory battle scenes, unique shooting system and engaging storyline.

Pros:
Environment - The world you explore is whats left of a nuclear warfare. everything looks so real which creates a very realistic effect and vision of what lands may look like after nuclear bombs was dropped. Outside world is huge, with so much to explore. I finished the game and have not even explored 1/2 of the world. Indoor is very dark and creepy, often scary which is awesome.
Gameplay - with the VATS system, the shooting is better than ever. your enemies will often end up with their head blown off. Leveling system is wonderful as every level you gain you can upgrade different weapons classes, speech, sneak, science, medicine and many more skills. the large amount of loot will make you spend count less fun hours just searching every tiny corner of the earth.
Storyline[spoiler] - The setting is 200 years in the future just after a nuclear warfare. You dwell in a underground vault with your father. One day your father escaped the vault in order to continue a project to save the world. Soon you escaped the vault also in order to find and aid your father.

Cons(not really big of a deal):
Minor bugs. stuff like your companion will often get stuck in places because they cant jump. Very rare crashes. Couple NPCs killed themselves on accidents. underground travel often gets you lost even though you have a helping compass. The main storyline can be completed fairly quick thus causing lots of areas of the game unexplored.

Conclusion: One of the best games ever made. If you can overlook the minor bugs, this game will surely satisfy anyone who is craving for an epic rpg.
