I'm modding Fallout 3 right now, and I'm trying to decide how to make my game look as good as possible. I have a monster PC, so I think I can handle pretty much whatever is available, but knowing what is available and how certain mods work together is hard to figure out.
First off, I don't want Fellout. I want this world to look a little messed up, a little bit green. I know there is the Imaginator which has an option for green tint, but that seems too broad, to apply more green to everything in the game. I'd prefer it's just in the sky.
I do, however, want dark nights. There are plenty mods for that as well. I'm not sure which one would be best, because some of them come with weather effects, and I'm not sure which one is the best, when it comes to things like how the effects look and how well it works.
There are also those ENB mods, but most of them seem to apply an unrealistc bloom or foggy effect. I don't know how many there are, but I just want the game to look realistic.
Lastly, I used the realistic interior lighting mod last time I tried this, but now with other visual effect mods out, I don't know how they might screw with the lighting effects.
Any input you guys could give me is appreciated. Really, the general idea here is for things to look good and real, but still a little unique. A little Fallout-ey.

I don't discriminate. I hate everyone.

Oh wow, Project Reality was a lot better than I thought, based off the description. I was just using those tutorial vids by "Gopher" and making my decision on how it looked in those vids.
