Fable - A defining moment in RPGs for Xbox but I look forward to Fable 2.

Fable is a unique RPG/action adventure. Reminds me of the old days of adventure gaming but with a modern twist of 3d, lighting, emmersive sound and interactive environment. The biggest downfall to the game is the shortness of it - too quickly over unless you involve yourself in everything the world has to offer. The second is the lack of multiplayer or Xbox-live support/downloadable content. The third is the trimming of the vastness of the game (for example, marking a tree with an axe then seeing the aged scar "10 game years later". Even with these "demerits" the game is more than excellent. It is very immersive, very interactive and never the same game twice. It has replayability and would only benefit from downloadable XBL support. I find it much more playable than morrowind - while not the world in Fable (albion) isnt as large as Morrowwind - its definitely more engrossing for me.
