An excellent update to an instant classic.

I bought Fable right when it came out. Some people said it had no depth, and it was too short. While it may of been short if you only played the main quest, I was having fun doing everything I could in Albion, from side quest, to getting married, to beating up little kids, everything you can imagine. And now that I have the Lost Chapters, its like discovering Fable all over again, but better. With new quests, weapons, regions, it makes an already classic even better, and serves as an appetizer for Fable 2 at the same time.

Gameplay- an Excellent aspect to the game. The combat engine is good, and the will powers are equally impressive, and in the Lost Chapters, you get extra weapons to do battle with and some excellent new will powers. Graphics/Sound- Excellent by last gen standards, from the excellent water to the sun pouring in through the trees it is an excellent game. Sound is great too, from the excellent score, to the good voice overs and sound effects. Both the graphics and sound make it a very imeersive game.

Value/fun- The main quest is on the short side, but there is so much to do in Albion that extends the game's life greatly. I had as much fun with Fable as any of the games I played last gen, and The Lost Chapers just made the experience even better.

If you loved Fable, and wanted more than The Lost chapters is an excellent choice for you, its very fun, addicting, and charming, and an excellent buy.
