There damn well better be RPG elements.

I love the Fable series but both were really short nothing in comparison to Oblivion or any Elder Scrolls games. If Fable 3 had as much depth a Oblivion but still maintained the artist flare and mechanics that make it great then that would be an incredible game.

OMG that looked amazing!! I just got Fable 2 ( i know im pretty late) but already Im a fanboy of the fable series!! :) FAble 3 looks terrific!! I cant wait to play...

so many good games coming out this year.... yet again....red dead redemption,fallout new vegas, halo reach, fable 3, call of duty 7, nba 2k11..... so many.

it would be nice if the story kinda changed based of wether u were good or evil

Huge fable fan, but I have to say that there will have to be some changes from the sequel and to the third one. I was, I will have to say a little dissapointet about the look of the game, and the LOOOOOOONG load times has to go

i think fable 3 was being developed way before 2 was even completed...

I loved fable II, even more than the original fable and even if the third game's innovation is only a little of what Peter Molyneux says i've got to say it's a fable game which means... It's. Gonna. Be. Awesome. It sounds amazing, my only concern that it will turn into a weird kind of civilisation sim with the king or queen element. But still...I can't wait!! But then i'm biased. I *heart* fable :D

Ok, Lionhead will not be able to make the best RPG ever unless they make a game with the story length of a Final Fantasy game. The biggest thing lacking in the Fable series is game play time. You can complete Fable 2 in a day or two i am pretty sure if you just played the main story. Please i want to believe that Fable 3 could be a great game and be classed as one of the greatest games ever. To do that they need to combine thing from both Fable games. Bring back arour and better clothing. You need more npc's who you can interact with on a more regular basis. Please Lionhead instead of running with it take note of what your fanbase wants as well as your great ideas.

that *tuting* sound he keeps making as he talks annoys me. anyway, I never completed fable 2, i got bored of it, but i may bring myself to complete it sometime. Supposedly fable 1 was wayy better, but i'll never know i never played it. I'll stick with elder scrolls :D

...wake me up when they announce fable 2 and 3 for the PC. I'm not buying a $300 console for an RPG series that is only above average.

I wonder what lies Peter Molyneux are going to tell us this time?' Will Fable III be open world like Morrowind? Will Fable III allow you to raze a village and come back to a ghost forest? Will Fable III let you plant an acorn and have it grow into a tree that you can carve your name into? Will Fable III have 11 lands and 7 Tribes? Peter Molyneux should apologize for all his dishonesty before he talks about how PROUD he is about Fable I and II. Good games, but Peter Molyneux you pulled a Bait and Switch.

Hopefully the bring back the great music with Fable 3. The second game had such a weak soundtrack. Of course hopefully also Fable 3 is everything that Fable 1 was and scraps what fable 2 was. All though, going ahead to another era (the industrial era) Is not really making things look all to bright right now. One thing I hated about Fable 2 was that everything was preset. No matter what you were always going to find Hammer, and her father would get it. You could never change that. Or you were always after Lucien you could never try and join his forces or over throw him and have the Spire for yourself. Everything was set the only decision you could make was how evil or how good you were. Any choice you made was never detrimental to the story. At least in fable 1, what you did would alter the course of the story, at least to a certain extent. So far Fable 3 looks like you have even less freedom then you did in Fable 2 and what you can do those choices you can make seem so small and in-important. I mean he just told us how we are supposed to play the first part of the game. We HAVE to start a revolution. We HAVE to over throw the kingdom. We HAVE to be King. And we HAVE to choose whether or not we are going to stay true to our word of promis or reveal ourselves to be a power hungry jerk which to me seems like something so in-important that you wonder why he thinks it is such a big part of the game.

PM is a money lich, first 2 DLC which are way too expensive and now still marketing Fable 2 by selling the game in episodes to people who haven't bought the game yet. He can suck my 8====D

All very interesting, and good ideas, but chances are like most of his other proclamations in previous titles, they will reamin just that; ideas. I will not be getting my hopes too high for Fable III...

here we go again! both fable 1 and 2 are great games, but peter molyneux overhypes them to the point where when you play the game it's a little disapointing. there is no need! i will buy this game, but have learned my lesson and will not listen to all the bullsh*t he has to say along the way.

i think Fable 2 was brilliant, so if Fable 3 is anything like it then that is a good thing. If they add new mechanics and let you rule the whole of albion, then that is a bonus. i can't wait, bring on Fable 3

sounds good, ill see if this is another one of peter's lies, or a really awesome sequel that would make me proud to own a 360.

after I play fable 2 then its 3...... I hope both story and gameplay are not dull

fable 2 was OK but it was like 2 square inches of adventure compared to oblivion. there wasn't a lot of caves or dungeons. also there were not a lot of weapons or cites to go to. the story line was extremely short and it took me a day to beat... more jobs and A LOT more quests to beat after the story is over. and when i give money to a poor bastard how come he keeps coming back for more?...and what happened to when you trade with a merchant where is the city that was supposed to come up in a few years? there is my rant.

fable 3 sounds very good, but it will need to have more and longer quests, and a much bigger world

i thought fable 2 was alright, but the map was way too small and the story was very short. The co-op which was meant to be a big feature was just awful

fable 2 had a really bad mechanics i was very disappointed with the plot as well , in fable 1 you're choices changed the ending and the story , in fable 2 no matter if you were good or evil the ending was the same and that sucks cuz i thought that's what fable is all about ....

they should let you ride horses and carriages for traveling

As much as I love Fable, there's no chance of it being the absolute best role playing game. I love the games, and can't wait for Fable3. But they reeaally need to stop over-hyping it.

i dont want to be a king... why would i want to take care of these virtual people and if i dont the game would make me feel bad about my decisions and i didnt hear anything about new combat mechanics or anything about that this is turning into sims with a fable theme
