A hunter saves a girl from a pack of wolves.
@Jacknoll I agree, the fable series is one of my favorites but i just hope there are more challenging battles to be had, like different boss battles, etc. Even if it doesn't though i'm still buying.
i buy it,fable one was a disappointment for me because i was expecting to much,i will give this one a try, don't know if i like it though, aahh can't wait for mass effect 3 to come out.
weīll have the same easy, slow, mindless combat as fable2? itīs a great game, but combat isnīt really interesting.
I havn't played Fable 2, only Fable TLC, and the bows and crossbows were classic. Why change them to guns? I hope this is as perfectly uberly awesome as Fable TLC, Pre-order :D
@Rockagamer i think this is one of the main highlighted areas of the game, but honestly i could care less. they need to bring back armor and REALLY touch up the leveling system making it more intricate and much larger
I love the visuals there and the way that they both hugged after he had saved her and holded hands, it gives the game more character and a more natural system to the game, in the last game, save a kid and you leave them to follow you. But cd3taxi maybe right, in the last games they did do that, it will be interesting to see their new perspective to realism. This game may get my buy depending on what people say after its release.
Still the stand in one place charge up magic system! AGH!! WHY! What could Peter have possibly seen as a flaw about the Magic system in Fable 1???
I wonder if the little girl you saved from the wolves becomes another rude mindless NPC after you complete the mission...like every other character you helped seemed to do in Fable 1 and 2.
Fable 2 had about 20 - 30 hours of gameplay, which I don't think is enough. Hope they will improve that aspect.
Fable is back with this epic sequel! Now you can use boomsticks! LOL although it's supposed to be more modern than the other fable games you still use 2-ton hammers to get the job done...
should have let her get eaten.the little girl should have listened to her dad about staying on the same path ;D
this looks exactly like fable 2, which sucked. With fable 1, it was cool but not as epic as molyneux said it would be. With fable 2, it was better but nowhere near the improvements that I expected. If this is going to be any good, then the first thing they should do is bring back armor instead of just stupid outfits. So I'm going to wait to see the reviews for this one.
looks pretty fun, i would like to see more depth to each combat style, rather than maxing one out pretty early then simply maxing the rest out, still looks good.
ugh i dont know why people are moaning about this game, either they are fanboys or something, i dont know, but i think this game looks awesome by now. awesome fight sequence, love the weather effects, great graphics, awesome interraction.
wow lionhead must have been in a huge rush to make this game. word of advice don't rush a game ive noticed little improvement
I agree with Raiden765, while i have always been a big fan of the Fable games that is one of the game mechanics i really do not like, sure i could not spend the points but, A-im not not gonna spend exp points if i got them and B-it just makes the end game ridiculously hard.
Fable have always had the motto "Be the hero you want to be." but with their leveling system all heroes become generic. Lets say you gain 1000 Points for Leveling. and spend them to buy str, but you get 300 left. You ofc spend those points in speed or agi or whatever to improve your melee. And when you've maxed all your melee skills, ofcourse you level your rifle / magic skills. = All heroes wind up generic as hell.
Don't cancel this goddamn it! I'm always worried with this delaying thing. We all know what happens when Microsoft delays a game.
The cinematic camera angles are a nice touch and i like how he was firing his rifle behind him over his shoulder. Loved Fable 2, hope this one is a lot better.
Yeah well Lionhead has there work cut out for them if they want to keep up with games like Mass Effect they need more moments like this, and less bugs. The music helps a great deal and so do the new camera angles. But it seems a bit slow. Lets hope they can fix that before release. Also the blurr seems a product not of the game engine but of the display.
I love how the trees move now, that's a step up from the last game. Still too early to tell if it'll be great, or just a short romp.
Looks like a really interesting game, lets hope that it has a drop-in co-op like crackdown so you can take your character onto friends games and complete quests. That would be the icing on the cake. The combat looks great, graphics are decent, storyline will hopefully be interesting so really what more can we ask for!?
