Fable 3.... I downloaded the demo for The Force Unleased and it looks as if it's going to be exacly the same just a different storyline.

Jane Douglas talks to Josh Atkins, Fable III's lead designer about what to expect in the game.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIKUo_dklW4 watch this video, these guys are hilarious! this is their first video so they just started, but trust me, im friends with them and they are hysterical, so check out this vid and subscribe
@nickman313: British may develop the game but Microsoft is really the boss here... so the USA. on topic: Fable 3 looks interesting. I only played Fable since i only own a computer and what i remember is a strange kind of RPG/adventure game a bit like Zelda. It's not a real RPG like Baldurs Gate, Fallout in my opinion. And the last part (maybe spoiler for someone who still wants to play the original game!) where you get tortured and keep on growing older is just weird. The whole idea of growing up in a game is something you just need to get used i guess...
How is it possible to find a guy that talks even more bullsh** than Peter Molyneux. Fable is a lost cause in my opinion. How can you care about anything in a game with animation from Fable 1 and horrendous controls that creates a HUGE disconnected from the world. Make a fun game to PLAY first, I know you can do it. You did it in Fable 1 goddamnit!
I'm a huge fan of the Fable series i can't wait for this one to come out. I was expecting Fable 2 for PC but that didn't happen. Thank god that this one is gonna make it to the good old PC.
I keep wondering with all this ''DOG IS A CHARACTER'' talk, will the dog evolve too? I mean, if your character will get horns and demonic look, will the dog look like some...hellhound too? :O
@konn3r A gay admirer is someone that aspires to be gay a gay protector is someone that dreams of saving a gay prince, a gay hater is someone that finds all things gay offensive and a gay is a gay WTF are you?
After watching the peter M interview i got a bit worried about fable 3 but Mr josh atkins and his interview has made things better now. Note to self dont listen to peter M listen to his game designers.
After fable 1 I never touched a fable game peter just sets the bar to high and never even can get on the stairs to at least make his way to the bar he placed so high.
You gotta love people who are willing to take risks and try to be as creative with their work as possible. This is why Peter Molyneaux will probably continue to impress the masses for many more years to come. Even if this is not the type of game for you, you have to appreciate the commitment to presenting a game with strong content and depth.
Man..this is definitely on my list of games to buy this Fall/Winter. Fable 2 was amazingly fun as it was, but how much they're adapting to the game is gonna be amazing. I love the character appearance changes in this, with the wings, and how the weapons change with your moral. Just so many things. I'm excited!
sucks that its xbox360 exclusive. they should bring it to PC immediately and not bring out some crappy port a year later.
Looks really good so far. I loved 1 and 2 but the multiplayer was horrible, not so much the henchmen part but the camera. It was comepletely and utterly unplayable in my opinion.
All games are slowly - or quickly - moving to more action based gaming for the low IQ console crowd. Problem is, when this generation gets older and more mature, there will be no games for them and game sales will continue to drop like they are now.
I love the new designs for being good & evil. I always wanted this strong feeling to to your look based on your moral choice and that was great. This was one things I was really hoping would be improved in Fable 2 but they made it somewhat worse. :( Oh well, third times the charm, right?
No mention about the PC version!? They already said it will be "delayed". If they CANCEL like they did with Fable 2 and Alan Wake I won't be surprised. Damn bastards!
so .. if you are corrupted evil you will have horns , wings, and red things on your clothes , if you are pure evil (which is what i'm going to be) you will look like this guy at 5:10 , if you are pure good you will have white wings and blue things on your clothes , but what will you look like if you are corrupted good ? , also i LOVE the co-op improvement .
fable1: awesome, memerable, one of my favorite games. fable2: got really excited for it, it was alright, liked the action, liked the pub games, got let down. fable 3: looks like fable2 all over again.
I am a female player and I played Mass Effect has a Male (original character). Also I have played Fable, Lost Chapters and Fable 2 and I am looking forward to Fable 3, but I still do not know if I will play has a female or male. In Fable 2, I played has a female and it was great. Just like DAO :) :)
Most likely there will be far more guys playing this game than girls, and some of them for reasons unbeknown to me create female characters. So you may just be getting hitched to a man, even in the gaming world that does not sound like fun.
@ShadowPrototype I'm playing it on pc as well it's annoying cuz most of my mates have got 360's so I think I'll either nag my friend to upgrade his pc so he can game or if there's online find some girl and get married
@Otacon6669 you don't have to it's just a feature and you might actually love the other characters player but you don't have to you could just be two mates one who likes to play as women one who likes to play as men and just wanna have some fun so you get married I will get married on it because it sounds fun and kinda cool FABLE 3 FTW
That new? system of the Sanctuary bothers me, it breaks immersion. One second you're fighting zombies, next you're in a peaceful sanctuary with time paused forever. What? Do you have a spell to pause time then? why don't you use it in combat, pause time. walk around, slaughter everything and then unpause it. But instead you go off to a sanctuary with that power...ok. When you want to change quests, you're in the sanctuary every time you want to change it.. Going to annoy me to no end. I like my action/RPGs to feel immersive, this just breaks it six ways to sunday. having to go into the sanctuary every time I want to change spells or quests... annoying. Not going to be a bad game by any means, but there's little nagging issues that gnaw at me. Bring back 3D menus Peter! At least make quest management and maps a 3D menu...how about your character opens up a map he has handy with him! Or a book where he writes in his different quests and you can "circle" the quest you want to follow on the notebook. I don't mind it for clothes management or weapon management, but I do when its everytime I wanna check the map or set a new quest objective. I want my immersion back.
if you look at the picture on 1:23 the guard is attacking him with a lute wtf ! fable 3 ftw !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think this will be my first game on my new gaming computer. It puzzles me why they never mention the pc version. But, for the record, the box art is awesome.
