Peter Molyneux talks to Laura Parker about gaining followers and moral decisions, and how they relate to Fable 3.
I usually play as good, evil, and neutral(if they offer it) in RPG's because I want all of the achievements, Petey.
say hello to tha bad guy, watch out albion if they think Logan is bad then there in for a rude awakening. im evil all tha way though
I choose good in games because in the past when offered moral choices, evil choices reward the player with things that are not necessarily beneficial to the player. At least not as beneficial as good actions. A good example would be rewarding an evil action with currency in a game where there's an abundance of wealth regardless what actions the player chooses, and then rewarding a good action with a much more beneficial item. I'm not referencing Fable when I use the above example, rather past games that offer moral choices to the player. It has nothing to do with me being a good person, as my good choices revolve around greed.
Really, Americans are wimps now ROFL. So is that why you dont mess with us because you know we would destroy you with our massive army.
@Madbane: Peter is a top management guy and I am very sure he has access to the data from co-op online gaming. Maybe even those not playing co-op and connected to Xbox Live have their stats posted.
i never play fable games but this title make me wana pre order it this loooks niceeee love in it so far
@judddred They are talking about "Kinect" no "Connect". It's an Xbox add-on meant to rival the Nintendo Wii's "controller-less" design.
what is this "connect" Laura and Peter talk about near the end of this video i cant seem to find info about it anywhere o.O
Being evil was always so much more fun lol. Especially in Star Wars. Your best bet is to play one game as good another as evil, and the last game play as what you think is right whether it be good or evil.
for me, the option between good and evil is to clear, where you know you are good, or you know you are evil. Id rather have a more grey area, where perhaps you act evil, but for greater good, or perhaps you feel like the things you do are not evil acts, but people think they are. So maybe you take most of the food of your kingdom and store it, not so people starve, but so it can be rationed out at times when harvests fail, and to have people used to eating less food.
PM:"The World is full of wimps, I am sorry but you all are" WTF!O__O "Specialy Americans" I know he said other stuff before that but if you take away all that and just have it like this than wow I am offended, PM you ARE Satan... I would totally cut the rope bridge>:3
What? I am ALWAYS evil and have been in all the games out so far including any game that lets be pick evil or good I am always evil
What? Most people plays good? I'm so evil that my '5 people on bridge' question's answer is 'cut the ropes and let all fall down hehehe! :D. In reallife we can't be really evil, so in games i always fond of being evil. :)
fable is the best series games in the world, but i canīt say the same of fallout series. fallout=s&%$.
it realy looks like they should fix the holding hand thing bc some times they are not holding your hand
i played good and evil, on both fable games and just about any game where there are choices to make. on this one i will do the same, but have a third character where i use my fable 3 collectors edition coin for all my decisions. i like the idea of no experience, but i am not sure about this thing with the chests and choosing what type of game you want to play, i dont want to choose between exploring caves, and buying and selling houses, i want to do both. i hope the chests thing is not limiting.
what's with the chick throwing a cannon ball at the start? To lazy to load the cannon? The hell with this, I'm just gonna throw the damn thing. XD
Personally i played the first fable over 15 times and its still not old, but the second fable i played once and it was OK ,but i wouldn't ever play it twice. i want to be able to play this game and have more fun than to have more things to do.
Hmm, Fable 2 was ok... Terrible game engine and sluggish controls, though. Especially with the menu system. The lag on the controls was awful. I hope they removed that in this game. And what's up with the loading times in this series? If they improved that then Fable 3 could have a chance to be great. *EDIT* So far, my money is on New Vegas, but I'm hoping this game is good, too.
@TheReaper180 no i had and loved fable as well played it a ton too, really wish i wouldnt have sold it
honestly I just not a fan of the graphics to want this game sounds cool but hated the last one and first one was ok for a bit but I think I rather just get fallout vegas
