Can you play Fable 3 without a saved game from Fable 2?

I'm just wondering because I only have one saved game from Fable 2 with a daughter on it and not being sexist here but I'd rather play as a dude. So just wondering.

The child you have in Fable 2 is not the character you play in Fable 3. That child is not born in the game, the fate of the children you have in Fable 2 is unknown, but since Logan is your OLDER brother, that means that your daughter could not possibly be you. Plus they wouldn't make you buy 2 so that you can play 3.

As soon as you kill Lucian in Fable 2, The story ends there and everything after the credits is just for your enjoyment but it is never going to be in the story.Even if you got married and had a few children before Lucian shot you for a second time,Right before he kills your canine, He say's that your husband/wife and children are dead and i did it personally myself" which means you have an expartner
