Fable 2 is a very fun game, just like the first one the story is amazing and really deep yet this time it is more cinematic and feels more engrossing. The concept of choice is still the major element in the game but in this sequal you can truley see your choices build or shatter people's lives. In the first you could choose in some instances to do the good or evil side of a quest but is effects normaly didn't reach very far. In this one there are many key events where dependign on what you choose whole towns could be renewed or be turned to trash. While a godd game Fable 2 suffers from the same problems as the first, its too short and you become a god (especially if you buy the ghoul augment like i do). Yet there are newer problems that i find even more irritating then those other two, first off the ending is good but you don't end up having an epic battle with the main bad guy and because of this it doesn't feel quite as....epic as the original fable's did where you ended it going toe to toe with jack of blades(in his human or dragon from depending on which version of the original fable you had), my other problem is that the spell choices in the game aren't as varied as they were in the first. In the first one there were at least 20 different spells in this new one your are reduced to 8 maybe 9 and while these are all very powerful spells the lack of variety feels lame. Overall i did enjoy Fable 2 very much despite these short comeings it is for sure worth a rental and if it is less then $25 used i'd buy it.
