Question about DLC Potions?

Okay, before I got the new Knothole Island DLC, my character was as tall and slim as he could get. Well, I was in Knothole Island and I found the lady that sells you potions, and I saw some height and weight loss ones for sell. My question is: Seeing as my character was as tall and slim as he could get before downloading K.I., will these potions make him even more tall and slim, or is he at his peak? Thanks
