Great racing game full of fun
The best thing, by far on this game, is the career mode. You start as a beginner driver joining the worser racing teams such as Virgin and lotus. After racing for a while you get offers to join other teams and progress to being the best F1 driver ever.
Although I have played this game alot, I have not been moved to any new teams yet as I started this game quite a while ago and then stopped and when I came back to it I felt I needed to start again so I'm still with Virgin even though I've played this game for about 20 hours in total!
The sound is great on this game. The cars sound very realistic and fast and other sound effects such as driving on grass and dirt are also realistic.
The graphics are also very good, especially for nearly 1 year old game. The cars look very realistic and the tracks are also very detailed with tire marks and other things on them. The charecter faces could do with being better but who cares about what the people look like, this is a racing game after all!
The gameplay is also great It combines alot of realism with a lot of fun. Cars handle as you'd expect them to and you can change settings on the cars to your liking. One thing I find quite annoying is I seem to spin out quite a few times which can be annoying when you are leading a race with no flashbacks left! But that's not the games fault, as this is realistic. These cars are so light and powerful it is easy to spin them out.
Multiplayer is also quite fun. I find racing my friends is always fun and 'accidently' smashing them off tthe track is always quite funny
Overall, this game is a very realistic and fun game and is worth picking up.
