Action and horror , played this game in 2012 and I can say it beats many other games by far.

Amazing story which delivered to you by many ways to make you understand what's happening around you and somehow involved , the combat is very well made and what makes it even better is the enemy AI most of times is very good and unpredictable , the various melee types also is a good addition , the graphics are very good and level design is one of the best things in this game , a very well designed levels that keep you eager to explore even though you are scared because you don't know what is going to happen while you are exploring , the variety of weapons and enemies has given this game much more better gameplay.

At first I didn't like the atmosphere and the type of lighting that was in the game , however after playing it for one or two hours you will realize that it needed to be this way to match the story and the aim of this game.
