no need to FEAR this is a solid fps game
gfx
first fear have great gfx but fear 2 has better, becasue they update them no more 'film grain' option from the graphics menu.
in most of time you play in closet rooms but you see different kind of enemies and high detailed backgrounds. smoke and water effects are greatand especially the lighting is phenomenal. the bad point is that the environment is not destroyable like in first fear
sound
the sound is great and gives the atmopher, music fits the local and the intense action parts have sound that will have you ducking for cover.

-the game has awesome gfx but you need a good card for it
-story is a liitle better than in most other shooters, so high replay value
-the game has great atmosphere
-it is one of the best games with blood/gore visuals
-combat sequences with slow motion
-control, it plays like any other fps game
-user-interface is easy to use to select weapons and grenades, you can care 4

-checkpoint save system
-resolution 16x9, you can not chage it
-over all the game enviorment is boreing, you have the odd intelligence item lying about same as past games pda or notebooks. interesting side addition to get a full level finish but over all it feels like filler to make a bland level that much more interesting or really cheap.
