First type "oh dear" at the main menu (must be lowercase). Once you've done this, enter the following key combinations during gameplay to activate the desired cheats.

Alt + 4	God Mode
Alt + 5	Wow Mode
Alt + 6	End Mission
Alt + 7	Deactivate All Enemies

Alt + 9	Tank Mode
Alt + 0	Speed Mode
