Racing games are looking more and more realistic, but very few of them are truly innovative. This game gives you everything you'd want in a racing game.... a sense of speed, decent graphics, competitive levels, the right mix of fluck and skill, cool vehicles (how can you not love mechanical frogs that extend their little mechanical legs when they hang in the air), and replayability.

It doesn't necessarily matter how fast you are, even though you obviously want to be in first place. The added fun is that you can perform tricks on the track to get more stars and stars are what the game is all about. You might need to twirl around on a bar and release at just the right moment, you can go off track and ride through trees for extra points, or smash other vehicles. Everything you do gives you points, which makes for a very exciting time.
