As old as old school gets.

3DS Excite bike is,... well Excite Bike.

This iteration comes to us with some excellent 3d depth and the ability to save custom maps. Unfortunately you cant trade them with friends, and the track modifications are limited. Some streetpass support here with track swapping and or best track times would have been AWESOME, or at least the ability to trade and swap tracks via wi-fi but sadly this support is absent.....Cant complain too much though considering it was released for free for the first 30 days of it being available.

Other then that its all about the same as you remember it with Option A: or Option B: A of course being a simple time trial and b a race against some on-screen opponents.

Its a great game to have in your pocket for some quick time trials here and there, but again some additional features would have helped this games longevity immensely. I look forward to more 3D classics and will review those worth it here at gamespot.
