Exquisite example of a great game...still going strong even after 3 years!
EQOA is my favorite MMO even over WoW, Guild Wars, MXO, PC EQ, SWG and Eve Online. The classes are balanced and are all fun and intuative without being overly complicated to play. The graphics of the game may not compete with a PC version but granted its 3 years old and the PS2's power is not too great. Frontiers, the expansion is also great because of added content such as new player character models, updated graphics and effects, new class and race and new lands to explore, also a class mastery system or talent tree for those WoW fans, and a full world auction house. The crafting in the game is also fun and requires skill, as there are many different things to craft and types of crafting...there is tailoring, weaponcrafting, armorcrafting, jewelcrafting and more.
I commend the game for being active for this long especially on a PS2 and I commend SOE for even to this day putting alot of support behind the game, they still patch and add content regularly. Go ahead order the game and give it a try, it wont cost much and its well worth it. Thanks for reading and hope to see you soon in Norrath!
