Good game but customer service is non-existant, 6 days still no answer - makes even WoW's customer help seem great.

Good game but customer service is non-existant, 6 days still no answer - makes even WoW's customer help look great.

3 and 6 - those are the numbers.....After 3 emails and 6 days, there has still been no reply from the self called "eve-online customer support team" apart from the usual automated "your email is important to us, and will be answered as soon as possible" bullsh*t. When a developer creates a problem but then ignores a customer (who has logged approx 180+ hours) call for help and even 3 emails later has still has not replied to address the issue or proposed a solution for it, that speaks volumes about how they regard their paying clients, AND this is on top of the fact it has the most expensive monthly fee for mmorpg's. When they say you are left alone to do as you please they REALLY mean it. If you like frustration, annoyance and non-existent customer help, feel free to pay for these "privileges"- if you don't - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I won't be continuing to subscibe to this game.
