EU4 brings that good grand strategy feel back, better than ever.

So I know that 10-20hours is not a lot for an EU 4 review but I am a paradox veteran that dabbled in many of its games quite a lot: Europa Universalis (3 and Rome), Crusader Kings 1 and 2, Hoi 3, Vic...

Same old same old, from Paradox Interactive. Good if you like micromanaging.

No bugs this time around, but it is nothing new - a rehash of the previous Europa Unversalis and Victoria series. I have a feeling they keep releasing the same game with a slightly different interface...

Triggers that 'just one more turn' urge as you obsess over time's flow<br /> This is what History class should have bee

I think Crusader Kings II was a turning point at Paradox, their games were always full of strategic depth, but often inaccessible and un-intuitive. Well for the most part that is no more. Which mea...

    Nice try, but failed.

Major imbalances within the game. Firstly, when you attack any nation, your own people revolt against you despite raising stability, etc. Not very realistic is it? Secondly, why is the mercen...

Rated on September 01, 2013 by Creamos

Paradox has once done it again with their new "update" from EU3. The game lets you play any country during the colonization and the goal is to make your country the way you want it. There is no real g...

    Grand strategy heaven!

Rated on September 18, 2013 by vetiarvind

As an avid strategy gamer and long time Paradox supporter I completely love this game. In a lot of titles the sequels happen to become just a better looking version of the previous title, but EU4 play...

Take away the money and supplies, and it's risk with an interface and music (again)

My number one complaint about cult classics, like this series of games, is truly that this game can do no wrong. The entire PC gaming industry is just turning into a blind market that's frankly not ev...

    Amazingly good!

    Rated on January 27, 2014 by oldrocker99

I don't even mind the DLC, and the game itself is better than previous versions. Of course, the best thing for me is that it was released for Windows, Mac and Linux the same day. It's about time that...
