I bought this game as a Steam special for like 2 or 3 bucks. I didn't have high hopes for it, but I recently looked at how many hours I played it and Steam logged me at 89 hrs. So I must have liked it.

The visuals are low tech, and minimal. The sound fx, are nice and calming.The game has a style that is very cool almost relaxing as you are stratagizing to take over separate sections of the Eufloria galaxy.

The game play just sorta sucks you in, the concepts are simple - build, defend conquer , and I found myself going back and replaying in dark matter mode, then community maps,etc which I never do.

There defiantly is enough challenge in the higher levels as well, and the game ramps you up on a nice steady pace. However, I would skip the first 4 worlds if you aren't hunting for trophy's.

If you want a laid back game you can play while doing other things, (like work lol). than I would highly recommend Eufloria.
