    "Hehehe. You're too slow"

What can I say? A pretty innovative battle system with an interesting premise. Add polish and the game is automatically saved from getting a score lower than an 8.5 from me. That's when it ends though...

I don't get much RPG's that make me cry for more when I end the story.

    Rated on August 24, 2009 by E-Frost

This RPG has the basic load of fantasy that's kind of charming to see for this kind of genre. The only annoying thing (here I go again...) is that the Polka girl has to be so damn innocent. That's rea...

Typical run of the mill JRPG.

I would have given this game a 5.5, but 1 whole extra point for music by Chopin. For the most part, it's a seen one, seen em all JRPG -- This is who we are, and this is what we do, this is where we're...

A review about Eternal Sonata which is a magnificent game full of fantasy.

    Rated on October 06, 2009 by Adventure_RPG

Eternal Sonata is a game based on Frederick Chopin and his music right before he died of TB. Eternal Sonata at first glance seems childish and unusual in the sense that the setting is in Chopin's drea...

RPGs for the PS3 are scarce right now, so if you're looking for one to play, I would definitely recommend Eternal Sonata

    Stay for the Battle Systems!!!

Rated on October 06, 2012 by janicekkuan

I was holding back this game when it was released on Xbox 360 and thankfully bought the PS3 version at a reduced half price. JRPG has always been my favourite genre and I was hoping to get the typical...

So far this is the best RPG

So far this game is the best game I own for PS3. The story line is great and immersive. At times you can emotionally connect with the problems of some of the characters bringing some feeling to the ga...

You get lost in the world of Eternal Sonata but some quirks make it a little less appealing.

    Rated on January 04, 2010 by Ketchme15

Eternal Sonata is a story about Fredrick Chopin's dream while he is in a comatose state and dying; Chopin is alive within his dream and tags along with a group that gathers to confront Count Waltz, th...

Eternal Sonata is a wonderful game with lovable characters, an amazing story, and an innovative and fun battle system.

    Rated on January 08, 2010 by lsv4541

The bottom line: Eternal Sonata is a wonderful game with lovable characters, an amazing story, and an innovative and fun battle system. However, it has very linear maps, no side quests other than a m...

Now I'm not that big on RPGs but this one is one I'll be picking up for sure after an extended play run at my Local Game Stop on the PS3. The sound and VOs are top notch, the graphics make you feel...
